2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 310(4) and (5) of BNS and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Ratanpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024.

3. A live cartridge, according to allegation, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is in custody for more than a year.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48840 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ratanpur P.S.Case No. 53 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
