This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Abadpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission, with reference to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that enmity between the family members of the informant and this petitioner, is an admitted fact, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46644 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
