The petitioners seek bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No.100 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners happen to be mother-in-law, father-inlaw and brother-in-law respectively of the deceased Lalita Devi, the daughter of the informant Domi Das. In fact, the deceased sustained burn injury in course of cooking meal and she was rushed to the Sadar Hospital, Sahrasa from where, for better

Darbhanga and the information regarding the said occurrence was given to the informant, the father of the deceased, but after death of the deceased, the informant has lodged this false case making allegation against the petitioners and others causing the death of the deceased by burning. The petitioners are in custody since 07.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No.100 of 2015.
