BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for respective parties. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to grant promotion to the petitioner on the post of Assistant Executive Engineer in Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited, Patna from the date, the the date, the petitioner is eligible for promotion as per the directions/guidelines contained in Notification No. 11l dated 04.07.2012 issued by the Secretary, Bihar State Electricity Board, Patna and accordingly grant the consequential benefits including the difference of pay as also seniority.

Basic material information is not forthcoming from the records like final seniority list of the feeder cadre read with Rules of Recruitment governing the post. The petitioner has also not apprised this Court as to any of his immediate junior has been promoted to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer. In the absence of these material information, the present petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to file fresh petition with the aforesaid material information.
