It is a needless argument which is being made where the modification petition has been rejected by the learned
Patna High Court LPA No.1389 of 2014 dt.02-05-2017 2/2 single Judge for the reasons indicated in the order under appeal. It is a futile kind of exercise which this Court is not willing to entertain.
