JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 Learned counsel for State submits that after due investigation the police submitted a charge sheet, wherein, it has clearly been recorded that the case of abduction has been found to be a false implication based on subsisting land dispute between the parties.

In view of such circumstances, the petitioner would have remedy under the Criminal Procedure Code.

Since none appears on behalf of petitioner, the instant Cr. Writ petition seeking a direction for investigation by
