Case No. 75 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to be the main assailant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for two and a half years but the trial has not been concluded.

Heard learned APP and perused the report of trial court from which it appears that prosecution evidence has been closed and the case is fixed for statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C..

In view of above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
