Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.225 of 2017, registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25 (1-B) a/26 II/35 of the Arms Act Allegation in brief is that one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner along with one stolen motorcycle.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has numbers of criminal antecedents of theft and robbery, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4101 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 for the present in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.225 of 2017, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist (West), Muzaffarpur with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after framing of charge.
