2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 lodged on 24.03.2024 for offences punishable under Section 341/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the present petitioners with an allegation that they have assaulted the informant by bricks due to which informant was injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioners have clean antecedents. He further submits that informant and petitioners are agnets and

He submits that the dispute is basically with regard to the hand-pump which was installed by the government whose septic tank was near the house of the informant from which dirty water and foul smell used to come. On being opposed by one party, dispute has arisen. He further submits case and counter case has been lodged by both the parties. Petitioners have filed Complaint case No. 598 of 2024 whereas informant has filed Alipur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail .

As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest of surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Gaya subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
