This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to lodge the First Information Report.

On perusal of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has moved this Court directly under Article 226 of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.895 of 2017(3) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 Constitution of India for registration of F.I.R. In the light of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. & Ors. reported in AIR 2008 SC 907 such direct application are to be discouraged.

This application is dismissed.
