The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, when nomination application of the petitioner was rejected, this petitioner became furious and threatened the Election Officer.

It is submitted that petitioner has denied the prosecution case and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
