JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that one co-accused Rakesh Kumar was apprehended by the police along with the stolen motorcycle and the aforesaid co-accused disclosed the name of the petitioner in this case. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 240 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
