The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case against unknown for theft of his auto rickshaw bearing Registration No. BR01PF-2054. The auto rickshaw was recovered in the district of Nalanda for which another case Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 161 of 2015 was registered as the auto rickshaw was recovered from Pankaj Kumar and Pankaj Kumar disclosed the name of petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Madhwendra Singh, the learned
