Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the F.I.R., it appears that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has been implicated merely on suspicion. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 21.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17760 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
