JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that a quarrel took place between the parties on a petty issue and in that quarrel; co-accused Chhotu Das gave Danda blow to deceased. So far as petitioner is concerned; she even did not touch the body of the deceased but in spite of that, learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Purnea rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 536 of 2015 to the
