Perused the impugned order dated 08.08.2016 which is sought to be challenged by the petitioner during the course of hearing of this civil miscellaneous application. From perusal of the order dated 08.08.2016 passed by A.D.J.-III, Bhojopur at Ara in Title Suit No.07 of 1994, it appears that there is already an expert report in the case and in fact this petitioner has not filed objection to the expert report and she filed the application seeking permission to examine another expert which has been rejected by the court below. Since an expert report is already available on record, there is no question of examination of another expert arises.

Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
