Petitioner seeks bail in Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.13 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. Mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.
In the written report, it is alleged that the informant while on patrolling duty got information that one dead body of male is lying on Ganga Mohan bridge. It is stated in the written report that after looking the dead body it appeared that some unknown miscreants has shot dead him.

From the impugned order also, it appears that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner in the case diary. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 6th, Samastipur, in connection with Sarairanjan P.S.
