The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.467 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 366(A) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are mother and younger brother of the main accused, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59407 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge,POCSO-cumAdditional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S.
