The present application by which the petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for anticipatory bail has been brought before this Court on the sole premise that the co-accused of this case has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. It was after consideration of such a fact that the earlier the application filed by the petitioner was rejected on 19.07.2016.
