Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. One empty country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 31.08.2014. Of course petitioner has got two criminal cases pending against him but the petitioner has remained in jail for more than one year for recovery of a pistol without cartridge. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45238 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No. 369 of 2014.
