Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor was put on TIP. So far as recovery of stolen car is concerned, it has specifically been pleaded at Para-10 of the petition that the said car was recovered from the door of co-accused Md. Afroz. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 222 of 2015.
