The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (A) of the Excise Act.

It is submitted that 300 litres of Jawa Mahua liquor are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that he is in jail since 28.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Dehri, District-Rophtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri P.S.
