This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to revise the order dated 13.04.2019 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Gogri whereby he has recalled the letter dated 06.04.2019.

It is the petitioner's grievance that without acquiring his land, the State-Respondents are engaged in construction of drainage. By the impugned letter dated 13.04.2019, it appears

Patna High Court CWJC No.15643 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 that the Sub-Divisional Officer has allowed construction of drainage in the village but not over the land in respect of which the petitioner is raising this claim.

The impugned letter does not require any interference since the petitioner cannot have any grievance now, as his land is not being used for any purpose, by the State-Respondents. This application is accordingly dismissed.
