JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) Date: 23-12-2016 The vehicle of the petitioner(I-20 Sportz Hyundai Car) is said to have been seized in relation to Excise Act Case No. 61/16-17 (State Vs. Dasarath Yadav & Others) on 27.08.2016. The petitioner is said to have moved an application for release of the said vehicle before the Collector but the said application has not been decided.
In the first instance, we deem it proper to direct the Collector to decide the application for the release of the vehicle preferably, within a period of three

If the petitioner has still any grievance, it shall be open to the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court again.
