Dasarath Yadav & Others) on 27.08.2016. The petitioner is said to have moved an application for release of the said vehicle before the Collector but the said application has not been decided.

In the first instance, we deem it proper to direct the Collector to decide the application for the release of the vehicle preferably, within a period of three
