The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 46 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 480, 448 and 454/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M-III, Madhubani. The prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected earlier on 04.10.2017 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47313 of 2017 on merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
