This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 285 of 2017 arising out of Mufassil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 455 of 2016 for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that first information report is against unknown and except the so called confessional statement, which is self inculpatory in nature, there is no other material against the petitioner. It is submitted that the investigation has been completed. Having considered the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

No. 285 of 2017 arising out of Mufassil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 455 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, V, Begusarai, on the condition that the petitioner shall attend the Court on each and every date and in case of his nonappearance on two consecutive dates, without any cogent reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
