JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and there is allegation is of causing death of the deceased with respect to demand of dowry.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against her and no specific allegation has been attributed.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that proclamation has already been issued against the petitioner under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. In view of above facts and circumstances, let
