In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appellate authority itself under Rule 15 of the Bihar State of School Teachers & Employees Compact Redressal Rules, 2015 as the submission is that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16018 of 2016 dt.01-03-2017 order passed by the appellate authority is not being complied by the State authorities. If such application is filed and if the order of the appellate authority has not been modified, altered or set aside by a competent forum then let the appellate authority proceed with the same in accordance with law. It is expected that the appellate authority would proceed and conclude the proceeding under Rule 15 of the Bihar State of School Teachers & Employees Compact Redressal Rules, 2015 within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application.
