JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed an application for appointment on compassionate ground long back, however, final decision has not been taken with regard to the same.

In such view of the matter, the concerned authority is directed to take a final decision in the matter within a period of 8 weeks from today, in case an application for appointment on compassionate ground has been filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
