2. The petitioner seeks bail in Delha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that while the informant was playing cricket, he saw accused persons coming near him. The petitioner along with Raghu having armed with pistol and both of them fired on him. Though the shot fired by Raghu hit on the back of informant but the shot of the petitioner did not hit any one.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to party

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above, is directed to furnish bail bond in the court below after completion of four months in custody and on doing so, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024.
