Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant and admittedly, he has solemnized his second marriage with another lady. However, section 494 of the Indian Penal Code is bailable in nature and so far as offence of section 498A of the Indian Penal Code is concerned, petitioner is in jail custody since 18.8.2015 and it appears that there is no possibility of reconciliation of dispute of the parties. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runni Saidpur P.S.
