2. The present writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):- " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to the respondent authorities (State and University) to release the admitted dues of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10641 of 2023(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/3 (ii) To command and to direct the respondent authorities to make payment of the arrears of salary for period since January 2006 to till today which is due after granting promotion to the post of Reader and University Professor on 30.06.1994 and 30.06.2010 respectively.

(iii) To command and to direct the respondent authorities especially University authorities (Respondent no. 1 to 4 to make payment of other admitted legal dues including arrears of salary since 30.06.1994 till today and others admitted dues.

(iv) To command and to direct the respondent authorities to pay the interest @ 12% to the petitioner upon the delayed payment of arrears of salary and as well as other admitted legal dues."

(v) To direct the University authorities to calculate the statement of the account since January 2006 and to make payment to him as earliest.

(vi) To any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled in facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in connection with this writ petition, the petitioner has also filed representation before the Respondent No. 7 i.e., Registrar, B. N.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10641 of 2023(2) dt.05-12-2024 3/3 Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura on 10.04.2023 vide Annexure- 6 to the writ petition.

4. Having regard to the same, this writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 7 i.e., Registrar, B. N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura within a period of four weeks from today.

5. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned Respondent No. 7 i.e., Registrar, B. N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of production of copy of this order.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
