2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed by learned C.J.M., Arwal in Arwal P.S. Case No. 131/2016, G.R. No. 583/2016 by which the learned court has rejected the petition filed on behalf of the petitioners dated 12.11.2017 to modify the order dated 15.05.2017 passed by learned court by which the petitioners were granted bail but were ordered to be physically present on every date till the disposal of the case.

3. The condition of bail bond is modified to the extent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51654 of 2023(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 that the petitioners are directed to appear regularly, personally or through their counsel in the court below and will cooperate in the trial. They will personally appear on any date on which specific direction is issued by the court below for their appearance.
