2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/110/3(5) of the BNS and Section 37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with co-accused is alleged to have committed marpit with a 14 years old child in drunken state.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry. As a matter of fact, this petitioner is Ex-Sarpanch of Kurthaul Panchayat, Patna and he is likely to contest election of Mukhia as the sitting Mukhiya has been disqualified so the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. Allegation of assault is omnibus. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise-I, Patna Sadar, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 779/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
