Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of commission of theft of rice from the mill of the informant. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Nazir Ansari, who has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohania
