Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 120 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27, 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The assailant is named in the FIR. Only material against the petitioner is that motorcycle of the petitioner was seized from the place of occurrence which might have been used by the main criminals who committed the murder.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner and he is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.19870 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulparas Police Station Case No. 242 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
