Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners, allegedly, assaulted to Rajesh Kumar and Grijesh Kumar. Co-accused Chandeshwar Prasad had assaulted to Madheshwar Yadav as a result where of Madheshwar Yadav died subsequently.

The petitioners are in custody since 20.10.2017, 17.10.2017 and 30.08.2017 and the injury of the injures caused by the petitioners would reveal that simple injury was found by the Doctor.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6003 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 09 of 2018 arising out of Kako Police Station Case No. 182 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
