2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 1324 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim has got married to the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
