This is a case registered under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code and 67 of the I.T. Act.
Petitioner's counsel placing reliance on some print out of massages exchanged between the informant and the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It has been submitted that there is subsisting relationship between the petitioner and the victim girl. The FIR discloses allegation regarding the forcible sexual intercourse as also making of video clip so as to coerce the informant. The nature of allegations is very heinous. Hence this court for the present is not inclined to allow bail to the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13612 of 2018 (3) dt.12-04-2018 The prayer for bail of the petitioner for the present is rejected.
