The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.156 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that in course of investigation the police did not find involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence and final report was submitted as against him and differing with the police report, the learned Magistrate took cognizance of the offence, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to
