2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 dated 01.10.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner Madhu Kumari was selected as Aanganwari Sevika on the basis of forged document.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent mentioned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50861 of 2023(4) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 in para 3 of the bail petition. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is a lady and has not committed any manipulation in the documents as she is not the custodian of the documents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. The application stands allowed.
