At the outset, it is pointed out that petitioner No. 1 has already been arrested.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner No. 1 stands dismissed being infructuous.

So far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned; taking note of this fact that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and being lady, she apprehends her arrest, let the petitioner No. 2, namely, Rajmanti Devi, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 1120 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Sri Jitesh Kumar, J.M.-Ist Class, Patna City.
