The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Ganja in question was recovered from the platform. However, learned counsel for the State submits that it has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017.

The application is dismissed.
