JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2021 In view of the submission and undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the time of hearing of this application, through Video Conferencing, that he would remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 19.01.2021, within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course, he is permitted to remove the same accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, through Video Conferencing, submits that the petitioner has already been arrested by the police in this case and, as such, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.365 of 2020, pending in the court of the Special Judge,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5767 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 Excise, Gaya, has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Permission is accorded.
