Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal PS Case No.112 of 2016, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-A), 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It appears that the trial is at the fag end, two prosecution witnesses are remained to be examined, six witnesses have already turned up before the court and deposed, so the prayer of bail of the petitioner is presently rejected in connection with Sahebpur Kamal PS Case No.112 of 2016, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.86 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Begusarai

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26257 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within two months fixing the case on day to day basis and if the trial does not conclude within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew the prayer of bail.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai for producing the official witness before the trial court.
