The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Balua Bazar (Lalitgram O.P.) P.S. Case No.77 of 2020 under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant's daughter was married to the petitioner herein. She died within a year of her marriage and allegation has been levelled by the informant on the petitioner and his family members of conspiring and killing his daughter for dowry.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased had a role to protect her and when the informant alleges that she was killed for dowry this Court doesn't deem it proper to release him on bail, which is according rejected.

However, the Trial court is directed to initiate and
