Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is full-brother of the informant. For property dispute, the petitioner allegedly caused injury with knife at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found simple injuries caused by hard blunt substance.

Considering the background of allegation and the aforesaid inconsistency between the oral and medical evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21484 of 2018 (2) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Palasi Police Station Case No. 41 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
