2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to be indulged in celebratory firing at a function in which one Prahalad Singh got injured.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations of firing is general and omnibus. It is not the case of the informant tghat firing made by this petitioner injured Prahalad Singh. From F.I.R. it is manifest that firing was made as the celebration of marriage ceremony. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52676 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VIIth, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 207 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
