The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 410 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was engaged in theft of motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than seven months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
