JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 19-09-2017 A writ application, which has been filed way back on 10.07.2014 for payment of provident fund of the husband of the present petitioner, has not been responded to by the State authorities so far. It reflects the manner in which assistance is being rendered for disposal of cases, much less older cases. Writ is disposed of with a direction upon the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad, the District Education Officer, Aurangabad as well as the District Provident Fund Officer, Aurangabad that verification with regard to non- payment of provident fund will be made and authorization will be issued, if not already paid. All this must be done within three months . The Court makes it clear that if the direction is not complied with

Patna High Court CWJC No.11581 of 2014 dt.19-09-2017 2/2 within the time frame fixed above for the reason that the stand has not been indicated to the Court, therefore, the responsibility is fixed upon them. They all will be personally held liable for contempt. The Court will be taking a very strict view for harassment which has been caused to the present petitioner in so many years.

The writ application is disposed of in terms of the above. Copy of this order will also be communicated by the State counsel to the District Magistrate, Aurangabad for his supervision into the issue for compliance of the order.
